A Link to Memories

Here is a re-broadcast of a CBC interview with John. The re-broadcast was posted a fews days after John's death. The original interview was recorded in 2004.

The interviewer states that John was 53 when he died. This is a common mistake. Just to keep the record straight, John died just a few days after his 52d birthday.

The photo (below) of John was taken on Bowen Island (British Columbia) and was sent to us by Ann C.

  2. John was and still is one of our greatest teachers. I miss him but I know that he is still looking after us and teaching us still. I used to meet him now and again in Ennis, Co. Clare when I lived there and I always came away from a conversation with him feeling good about myself, the world and life. Thanks for this podcast...it made me cry but I feel such gratitude for this lovely man who gave us a glimpse into the beautiful heart of God.
